Construction Update 11

Construction Update April 26th, 2016

The Interior painting has been completed at this time and looks very good. The construction crews are splitting the building between floors (currently sealing/moisture mitigating the east end of the building) and the remainder of the casework crew. The framing for the ceiling tiles was going in during the weekly meeting and isolation was ready to be painted. The front entry is continuing to progress well and is almost complete save the doors and the windows. The upstairs insulation is finished, not just awaiting the final HVAC unit for that area. Casework was being installed in the laboratory and reception. The next 4 weeks are going to be hectic and full of lots of changes to get done in time for the grand opening. We are currently shooting for a June 7th move in date.
