Construction Update May 17th, 2016

Here is the weekly update.  Unfortunately we will be delayed two weeks in opening from the floor issues that were found this past week.  The portions of the concrete slab that contained oil were cut out (nearly finished today) and are being reinforced today and tomorrow.  The plan is to do the pour back on Thursday and the floors will be resumed the following Monday with laying the east half of the building and doing moisture mitigation on the west half.  The dog ward’s doors were being installed and a second coat of paint was being applied to the treatment areas and isolation.  Hopefully by this time next week the floors will be coming along nicely.  Enjoy the pictures.  The new anticipated move in date is June 21st, 2016.
